Do you have any swings where there are adjustments made like a posture change, delay of launch, hands delayed or ‘pushed’. Or are there other subtle differences on how to adjust the HLP?

So, this is the goal of the hands and launch position Including TTB perpendicular to the forearm. Once you have the elbow in position the torso and shoulders help align the hands and knob bypassing or minimizing the arms.

I like that red tool thing. Its a good visual on how to get the hands to be active. Lot of time the elbow slots with dead hands
