What’s crazy is that sometimes I doubt the things I did that got my kids to a pretty good place.I thought I knew the swing 20 years ago… man I was stupid.
I feel like the more I learn the less I know.
I’m not sure what it says about me, but I really like both of your DD’s swingsShe is a powerful athlete, for sure, and I wish her much success. She looks like the swing concepts you advocate.
That said, we have different ideas about the swing. You clearly know what works for your DD. I can say with significant confidence that her pattern would not be successful for my DD.

Some people advocate for actively driving the knee (the hitting instructor I took Marcela to for a few lessons was one of them)..I was just saying he isn’t one of them.I thought it was through coil? Maybe a HLP guy can answer. I create mine through resistance.
