Could anyone suggest a few drills to help with a batter (12-U) who hits nearly everything into the ground. The balls the she does hit out of the infield are rockets to right field. She has a very low strike-out total and has led the team in walks for the last 3 years. I'm trying to nip this bad habit in the bud. Also, what is your opinion for the duration and freqency of batting/hitting practices/drills.
