Slipping out of work for a game

Everyone's games done already today? Man, the skies just opened up

It poured tonight in NJ. The fields at Quakertown could probably take it. After missing the 7.30 game due to rain DD played at 12 and the field was like a rock. OF was a bad hop waiting to happen.

I can only imagine how much pressure is on a kid when a College coach asks that you go in or can they see you at your other position. Our team is the youngest of the org with most just starting their Sophomore year in the fall. DDs colleges are pretty much all DIIIs and will do well academically. Do DIIIs ever make offers to play early or do they wait till SR year for first semester grades?
