My DD is having a hard time gripping the ball in the cold weather due to the fact the cold ball gets very slick.
What is concerning me most about this is that while practicing she is developing a bad habit of cradling the ball while doing the windmill to avoid it slipping out. The result of this bad habit is it is killing her speed as it takes away her wrist snap.
Everything I have read about Rosin bags lead me to believe they simply help getting a dry grip. Dry is not the problem here. The balls just get slick when it drops below 50.
Anybody have any suggestions? Would a rosin bag help in this case?
Thanks
