Safe arm strengthening

I'd like to post a video of my daughter throwing. She is not practicing throw downs and is not in her catcher's gear, we're just playing catch.

Would I be better off posting it in a larger forum (Softball Discussions, maybe) with more eyes or am I better off just posting it here?

Just to follow up ... I posted DD's throwing vid in the Fielding section. If anyone would like to provide feedback, that would be great.

Again, she's not in gear and not trying to "throw down" to me. Anyone know why there isn't a Throwing forum. Seems like it's much needed.
