Registering complications. Help Please.

I am having difficulty getting parents to turn in birth certificates. For ASA summer softball tournaments, do we have to already be registered or could be still be processing. I plan on getting my last certificate and registering money this wednesday and sending in via mail, but our tournament is this upcoming weekend.

Could this be conflicting?

You should be okay so long as you have your ASA official Waiver and Release filled out and signed by your regional director. You also need your certificate of liability insurance. That should be all you need in order to participate in tournaments. I'm pretty sure there are no qualifiers running until memorial day but I could be wrong.
