Looking at the Rawlings Gamer series glove in 11.75" for daughter. Coach wants her to play middle infield and need a different glove, she has long skinny hands and have a hard time fitting a glove. She really likes the way the Rawlings fit her hand. How long do you think these will last, don't want to alot until I know she will play that position. Any other suggestions for a fit for a skinny hand.

How old is your Daughter? And what level of play?

I have personally not put my hands on the Gamer's gloves, but look to be rather close to the Vinci Fortus series, quick easy break in, pretty much ready to go. I would guess that you would get 1 season of heavy play, or 2 with lighter play out of it. These are just estimates though - as I have not got my hands on one yet.

Pros- Gamers are a good sub $100 glove. Easy break in. I like the Rawlings 12.75" patterns personally.

Cons- They get a little floppy after 1.5-2 years of medium use.

For skinny hands dont use the index finger stall. This will create a larger pocket for 12" softballs.

Wait 3 weeks for the black friday sales.
