Pitching and staying sharp in-season

Well, she woke up this morning and informed me she has a dead arm, so it appears the decision was made for her. I'm shutting her down until we can get it looked at.

A pitcher in our area has thrown basically every game in HS since she was in 7th grade until now. She’s a sophomore and pitches TB on most weekends also. I have no clue how she can do it.
