Ground ball to 3rd and turning two, where does the RF go? Back up throw to 2nd then sprint to backup 1st or straight to backup 1st

Depending on 3b angle of throw and 2b coverage of base, a misthrow could end up in a very wide range of places in the OF. Cant afford to let it past the OFers to the fence.

RF has to read the play and make the decision. CF should try and get over to backup, but they are also likely following the ball off the bat so they might not get back.

Back up the throw to 2nd.
The odds of a throw into RF are way higher than the odds of the RF getting an over throw after 2B makes a turn and throws to 1B.
Now if 3B goes to 1B instead of 2B, RF may have some sprinting to do depending how accurate 3B is throwing...

I would think RF with C backing up 1st. Ideally P to cover 1st but we all know they never leave the circle
