Lead side there and then gone. Can't do that by pushing with the bigger muscles. Let your legs support and react.

Tango - the lead obliques are pulling back as the rear obliques are pulling forward. There is a directional aspect to this. If you use the rear leg other than support you will push. The rear leg is getting pulled forward. Natural moves.

If you focus on the lead side it feels like you are swinging. If you focus on the rear side you feel like you are punching. Bonds looks like a puncher. Turner looks like a swinger. Either way you feel like you are chopping wood sideways.
