If you have 15 girls why not just order 15 uniforms instead of 10 with a couple L and XLs thrown in.
I know budgets can be tight but I have not seen a program that does not have at least one parent/booster that could afford a couple hundred bucks to make sure the team had uniforms, assuming you don't have enough in the school budget. You should at least have a school budget for softballs (you usually have to provide some every game), umpires and gas for the bus, etc. you would hope there would be some uniform money in there as well. We use the same ones every year but either replace the worn ones or rebuy after a few years.
