WarriorMike if you could can you record a side and behind view of her pitching.
I had a pitcher that looked like this a bit - try and keep the glove on the left side of her body during her swing back. Or just focus on keeping the shoulders in line with 1st/3rd as she swings back and drives out. She is opening her shoulders too early.
