Need help finding a Gif/video

Can’t remember if it was a GIF or just a video but someone posted an example of how the arm circle isn’t round as much as oblong on the backside. Had the pitch with a colored line for the ball path if I remember right. Anyone remember that?

Thanks, That may have been it but I was thinking there was one with the outline of the movement all the way thru and after release but I may be wrong? I can definitely use this one if I cant find the other one, it shows what IM trying to get across. Thanks again!
