I have a pitcher who does a nice job exploding with both arms but has recently developed a bad “habit” of not sequencing the glove back down with the ball at release. She literally holds her glove out Half way down. It’s not allowing her the sequence correctly and is causing pain on the inside of her shoulder where it connects to her chest. Anyone come across this before and been able to fix it?
