Missing School for Softball

Interesting how different each state is. Wisconsin allows up to 2 weeks missed for "family activities" which can mean anything the family says it means. It used to be mostly for deer season.

A lot of agricultural areas have the 2-week rule to allow families to harvest the farm. In some areas of Alabama the opening day of deer season is considered a holiday since none of the kids were going to show up anyway...
