Another rule book to add to my collection.
Good grief.
Around these parts, they probably fall in between ASA and USSSA in terms of travel ball participation (ASA being the highest). They have a pretty strong presence and they've been around for awhile. A lot of the slow pitch I played 20 years or so ago was NSA. Their fastpitch programs seem to be growing in this area.
