Actually I bumped for Rich since it appears he forgot that he already mapped it all out for us and that he said himself that LAUNCH-MOVEMENT happens before launch and that there is directing happening during LAUNCH-MOVEMENT.

Thanks again Rich for helping solidify the concept of Direct then Launch!
