My DD played up

7 tourneys 38 games

pitched 80.1 innings... got a MVP Ribbon @ a game in world series ...6 2/3 shut-out innings :{))

Not as long a season this far north.
Summer season was mid-May to late July.
8 tournaments. Could've guested in a 9th but we wanted some family time.
DD 3 did guest a Sunday game when her main team was already out of another tournament.
Guested about 8 or so league games with 2 different teams.
Also 1 fall tournament and 8 league games. Plus she ran CC in the fall.

Maybe about 60 or so games altogether. That was tiring. Between softball and cross country she was a wreck at the end.
The doctor won't let her practice softball again for at least another week and a half. Been wearing a boot.

...this year will get to prolly 50 in U-14.

Between all 3 DD's...168 games...

DD2 played the most...64 with my team + 12 HS + 14 more games playing up\guesting in 14U and 16U tournaments for a total of 90 games.

Between school and travel ball since Jan 1, 2016 - we are at 118 with two more tournaments left Potentially 10-12 more games. Of the 118 games, she has missed 6 due to family events, and 2 due to injury.

After writing this I realize that maybe I should cut DD a little slack since she appears to need a break. That is a lot of ballgames. Travel and school volleyball and school basketball add a lot more games and practice time to the schedule.
