I take all my right eye dominate players and bunt and slap them left handed if they are righties. It's amazing how successful they become at it. 2 girls became switch hitters as well. Someone told me years ago about the dominant eye beeing closest to the pitcher was what I should be shooting for. These right eye righties still hit from the right side, but they add more versatility to there game by being successful on both sides of the plate. I have not had the same sucess with left eye righties hitting or slapping from the left.
