experts please critique arm body sync with added attention given towards what percentage of maximum arm whip you believe she maybe achieving. Yes...she is positioned in front of the rubber (it gives her a more relaxed mind set)

She is pretty advanced, so we really need to see her from the side.

I would note that the pre-motion seems to be unnatural, especially considering how good she looks otherwise.

Do you ever have her simply play pitch and catch underhanded with you?

Thank you for your advice! Yes..she was working on a drop. She has benefitted greatly by the information shared on this forum.

There is not much mechanical to work on with this young lady......great job with her!!!!!
There is a really neat description of the word "It". I wish I could recall exactly how it goes......but this young lady has "It".
This young lady appears to be very athletically inclined and has combined that with some very good instruction.....the result is very evident in this one video clip. Just about any critique I would give on her would be "like picking fly crap out of black pepper."....tough to do.
