Went to the Rawlings outlet today in Myrtle Beach, didn’t take a ton of pics but there was some nice stuff there! TXJames, of course the one glove that stood for your DD was more expensive than any glove we’ve discussed yet. It was a 12” Pro Preferred Pro PROS19-11RTPRO. This glove retails for $359.00, this one was stamped a BLEM, I couldn’t find anything wrong with it??

Of course I don’t know you or your DD, but I know gloves and with my DD, I definitely know glove sizes and hand and finger stall sizes very well. I wouldn’t have any problem recommending this glove. I have medium sized hands and I had to stuff my hand in this glove and the wrist button lap was not in the tightest setting.

We’re staying 32 miles away, I was almost back and was starting to regret now buying it to put up! He only had one of these BLEMS and it was tagged at $224.95, so $135.00 off retail.

TXJames, we’re on vacation, I can’t get these ****ing pics to load! I’m sure it’s user error. PM me your cell number and I’ll text them to you.

Oh, and enjoy your vacation and stop thinking about softball. Have a good one.

Heck yeah, tell Dave you want the two-for deal, what’d you end up ordering your DD, a Fortus?

We ended up with both. I decided that we will take the Fortis and work it in hard over a few days. We have a lot of softball in the next 3 weeks, and we are currently without a glove option (that will never happen again). We also got the MEO24-M that you suggested (thanks). We will work with this glove over the summer to get it perfect for tournaments starting in September. After that Fortus will be used for DD2 (in a year or two) who is just starting 8u this fall.

Thank you for all of the help.....DF is a lifesaver.

Man, you’re my hero, I’ve been trying to get someone to buy a MEO24 on here for years now! I’ve had my CC in my hand several times for that model, even tried to get Drakemir to send me a demo, he don’t like me anymore :p.

To me the MEO24 sounds like a great pattern on paper, and the hinged single post web is my flat out favorite (Rawlings RV23) web ever! I think I even talked to Dave about a custom BV1929 with the MEO24 web one time before!

James, you have no idea how much I want that glove to work out for you and your DD! And you better post at least 10 pics of it when you get it!

And remember if you guys don’t like it........it’s Drakemir’s fault

Thank you everyone for the help, and thank you Drakemir for getting us two gloves quickly. She used the Fortus in tourney this weekend. It still needs a little work, but almost perfect. The other one will require some work, but I will start that tomorrow.
