Has anyone read Chris O'Leary's fixing bat drag web book? I've been focusing on that area recently when we have the time to practice and it has gotten better, but saw this and was interested. Thanks
Okay, I went ahead and bought the web book. Basically, it goes into more detail than the "Bat Drag 101" and has drills to help start fixing the problem. Most the the information is what can be found on this site and other sites if you want to do a lot of digging. If you like the information in one, easy to follow article, then I think it is worth the money. The photos and videos make it very easy to follow. I'll definitely be using the information for our next batting practice. I actually wish I would have just bought his DVD to get this as part of the package and access to his other information as it all seems easy for someone as slow as me to follow
