I mean if the hands start back they get pulled forward into the body, aka into rotation, figure skater affect. That is what most people would say. The hands come forward off the tip of their shoulder. So, all hitters get their hands back to the shoulder, aka Olsen.
I had insomnia last night, I’m not sure how many hitters I posted.
Ok, FYB. I see it in this swing.

Yeah, some drag them thru on occasion and some push them thru on occasion. It is a fine line. The best, hit a lot of line drives and accidental HRs.
I don't know who this is but that is a great swing. This is the exact hip action I am looking for (in my golf swing too). Shawn do you have any hitter that is similar to this one but has a stride.
I think the same actions can be done with or without a stride.
