It is drag, yes. I’m just playing with Efast.

There no doubt there is a timing issue, because she had to keep the hands back.

Although, many of the hitters Efast shows have an collapsing back shoulder which creates to much shoulder tilt backwards and down. This shoulder tilt places the hands/elbow relationship.

So, Bad posture.
