Seems like everyone on this forum has their own opinion of what type of conduct players should have in the dugout regardless of age. Personally, I encourage team motivation - whether its chanting, clapping, dancing, or whatever...so long as the girls/women are having fun and come to work when its time to work.
I'm a serious coach and my girls/women know my level of excellence and expectation on the field. As long as they bring their game and put their effort out there, to me, it doesn't matter what carries on in the dugout; if it helps them loosen up, relieve stress, etc...so be it.
