Eric is the inventer of this hitting aid and I bought one from him 4-5 years ago.
I know Eric he gives hitting lessons around 40 minutes from me.

Agree with high tee completely. Been using whiffles in our 2 wheel atec machine the last couple of nights as you can get more speed out of a whiffle with a little less movement....they mostly rise, but a few will drop and curve so its a nice crapshoot for the hitters....using a swift stik they have more hand control and learning implicitly (without me constantly calling out cues) that in order to hit these balls your hands cannot drop....

I'll have to try the whiffle ball trick in our Atec Rookie machine. I've used the light flights, but they rise allot.
