this is great to see...how far she has come!! and I have resigned to the fact that there is still things that our girls (everyone) can "improve" I don't think there ever won't be. she looks like she's made great progress!This was from October 2014….one of our first video posted to this forum for input. Looking back, she had no I/R, no whirly glove, no front side resistance, she walked out of her pitch, no bend in her arms, lacking an arm whip..and was leaping but what she did have was determination and the willingness to work. Any substantial changes take time. Even two years later, there are things that she still can work on to improve.
DD warming up for last night varsity game...The game ended in a 4-4 tie. They played one of the top ranked team in the state. We come home and dd goes into the garage to work on pitching.
