My DD’s Team has co-Managers this year. Apparently her previous manager received enough comments that they want to keep him but he also received enough comments that they not entirely comfortable with him. The Manager is on like double secret probation.

Train wreck waiting to happen, it is going to be interesting how it plays out.

Unbelievable the lengths people/organizations will go to, in order to avoid actually resolving conflict. If you aren't offending someone, you aren't actually breathing as a manager. But if there are that many complaints that involved the kids that you actually feel the need to take some kind of action, then take an action that protects the kids. This sounds like a poorly thought out compromise that ignores the fact that the manager is still in a position to hurt the kids and that's just unacceptable (imho.)

Complaints? If even one is serious, he needs to become
an assistant at best, banned as extreme. Bad behavior in
a volunteer position should never be condoned.
