club k style

Just want to see if there any opinions on the club k style of pitching? (Cheri Kempf)

Cheri Kempf is where I started when my DD started travel 10 years age and I began to work with the pitchers on her travel teams. I think all the things that Cheri teaches are very basic, fundamentally right as far as power line, hip and shoulder positioning, timing in the arm circle, footwork, etc. The only place where she wasn't spot on was the "internal rotation" position of the arm on the downswing. She taught the "hold a glass of water" arm and hand position that got half way to the position of the arm and hand that BoardMember identified in his posts. So I don't think you can get hurt with Cheri's way, just take up a notch.
