HLP , nothing weird like that one swing where his back foot is a mile above the ground. What the front leg does, doesn’t matter. The front leg is a style issue. The back leg is a different story.

My DD had been doing that for the longest time. She is in the smaller side (5’-2”) and this is the way she was taught by her hitting coach to be able to draw more power. She can hit the ball very hard. We come from Clemente’s Nation!
