Boombah Bag Replaced...Thanks Boombah

Just wanted to say thanks to Boombah for their customer service. DD got a new bag for Christmas which was messed up. A zipper was sewn too close to a seam and wouldn't close properly. Contacted them and sent a picture of the problem. They told me to keep that bag and would send out another one ASAP. Can't argue with that

We have 2 bags from last Christmas and they are great. I only wish shipping was less expensive from Boombah. They have some great deals on many items but by the time you pay the shipping the deals are not so great. I wish they would partner with Amazon so my Prime Membership would cover it......
