What are the best on-line resources for instruction/video? Had seen some on youtube with Enquist, etc that were helpful, but are there any sites which focus on this?

I have not seen any instructional videos on here - just a lot of 2 second clips of MLB and college players batting, which are interesting but not instructional. But I'm pretty new to the board.

Any time a swing/pitch is posted people crowd source corrections and drills. If you follow a couple of them there are always a lot of themes.

Incredibly helpful but you need to invest a bit of time.
