Just keep in mind that accuracy isn't always about mechanics, it also involves 'learning'.

I can see the theory but... as I tell all of my players all of the time, the ball goes where you throw it. if the ball goes 3 feet over the F3's head, it's because you threw it 3 feet over her head. somewhere in the mechanical chain, an error or inconsistency occurred. learn where the inconsistency was and what it was and you can learn why it happened. once you learn that, you can go about fixing it. jmo
Sure, look at mechanics first, maybe there's something obvious that can be corrected, especially if the problem is consistent, ie lots of 3ft high pitches. But control/consistency is 'learned' through practice. What are the practices that work best, what's the best way to build muscle memory, that's the question.
