Little late but, you finally made it......

Hold up. 2 legs are involved. The power is from kinetics. The hips get pulled. The hips are apart of the core. I have been saying this for awhile. Go way back in the ‘hitting position’ thread. I’ve been saying this for awhile. I told you he will revise and revise.

I joined this forum in 2013 and these quotes are in line with what I first learned about HI theory. I don't know how much "revision" has been done over the years, but the stuff that Rdbass recently posted is what I remember from when I started here.

i Don’t see what the big deal is. It’s reactive hip rotation. So what. It’s not from 1 leg with a spinning barrel. So cool your jets ‘Ice man’

Does this mean your definition is the same as TMs?

My definition is a rear hip pivot is 1 legged. I don’t believe in 1 legged.

TM has some good information. As I have stated before, I am not an expert in everything he teaches. But I know enough about it to realize that his definition of 1-legged doesn't match your definition either. Honestly, that's what makes some of these discussions so difficult. The definition you are using is foreign to me.
