My 11 year old still has a long way to go but we have worked a lot on brush. I freeze framed some of her pitches today and got some stilled shots of what looks like good brush. Sometimes it is hard to imagine what IR,elbow lead, brush, etc should look like on younger smaller pitchers. Now to work on her legs. (I will also add a few pictures of her stride, she barely uses her legs so we have been working on getting up and out, any advice would be great)
