If you DD is already throwing with good velocity, I suspect she already has some IR going on.... My advice, don't focus on what the arm does after release... as this has zero influence on the ball... You probably do not have to start over from zero... Having a palm down finish is just as stupid as a HE finish, IF you don't have the IR before release. Some video would be helpful.

post a video if you can. I would bet she is closer to IR than you think. probably not quite there but potentially not that far away.

over the years I have heard the same exact story only to see they weren't that far off as the Mom or Dad thought they were.
