I was talking to a local soccer team coach and he said htey've been using the KBands for leg resistance to help improve their agility and quickness. He believes they've helped quite a bit in building strength and improving his team. My team needs something to help improve that explosive quickness and speed element of the game. Has anyone used them? Looking for opinions here before I move forward.
