Oklahoma. New PC for Florida is Bosch from Syracuse. He is very good, but can he keep Barnhill off the ledge?

More than Barnhill's mechanics (Anyone who has kept track of her knows she is perfectly capable of pitching legally) it will be interesting to see how he handles her mentality.

Absolutely. When the get to be a Junior/Senior in college they are what they are and the biggest area for growth is in the mental game. Hopefully Bosch has mastered the Jedi mind trick. :)

Part of the problem is the lack of continuity with rules. NCAA has one set. ASA has another. WBSC/Olympics/National team has another. The big one is the Olympic rules moving to 1 foot on the rubber and allowing the leap. This will be the norm very soon, as it should be. I have asked this question 100 times and nobody can answer me: Why do people complain about 1950's pitching rules while using polycore balls, Ghost bats, and 2019 equipment? If you want me to throw with 2 feet on the rubber, and the old fashion "push and drag" method, then fine. But, make the hitter use a wooden bat and use a cork ball that gets soft like in the 80's. The evolution of the game is to allow the pitcher some freedoms. "Oh, strike out games are boring to watch!!" Ok, then go back to the cages and work harder like the pitchers do. Yea, I'm a little biased.

I have been hearing about a change to the pitching rules to allow 1 foot on the rubber and leaping since before the ball turned yellow. Still waiting.

The governing body of international softball (WBSC) just passed it not long ago. That's the first step. And with the NCAA being the USA softball feeder system, they will follow soon.

It changed last year. It’s weird at first. But much more comfortable with only the front foot on the rubber.
