Around 20 years ago I was able to coach some very good baseball players and a few that played in MLB. I had around 20 college and pro guys working with me. I moved on to other things and now have a 11 year old daughter and back working at it. My experience has been with much older players and working to make them better and not necessarily building swings from scratch (much harder). 1. Move off plate if she has grown. 2. Head can go forward and backwards but not side to side. Corrects a lot of problems without correcting a lot of individual things. 3. Swing and hold (balance) 4. Face balls seems up and down towards you and hit the inside seem. 5. Go to contact with chest behind the ball and then retrace and hit the ball. I like easy fixes.
Harder- hips first then rotate or tilt shoulders. I think she could do some of the get on plane drills also. Sorry, for being long.
