Where do you see her maximum bat speed? Before contact, At contact, Way after contact? Her bat speed looks like its out front to me. If she hit the ball where her bat speed is, it would be foul.

The only thing I really see wrong is the bat location. I see so many girls with the bat laid off at the top and either flat swing or a chopping motion. Most of them simply aren't strong enough to get back to the ball in time, this coupled with a bat that is to heavy and they have to make a lot of compensations in their swing to do it. I would simply work on the bat being in a more upright position, it should be pointing at about a 45 degree angle. Maybe a lighter bat(swing speed). She shouldn't be able to see the bat end out of her left eye. Hope this helps!! Let us know in future how she's doing and Good Luck!
