Try practicing with her legs down so she can work the back side coming through the ball. Keep the right foot on the ground and make the swing off the tee. And then she needs to practice swing and right-handed and then turn around swing left-handed and tell the swing looks the same. I wear with a girl at Oklahoma it took me 1 year to get her from right-handed to left handed with power I've got a lot of drills you go through to get to that point now all the girl does is bat left-handed and she just committed to Baylor University has a lefty slapper. And he was right-handed to start with

Your video has many missing frames. I tried to match the video up as best as I could. Testing out a new way to do side by side videos.

This should give you some ideas on loading back. Note the differences between the head movement back as compared to Josh Donaldson. Maybe we can achieve more with a comparison. I'll let you look at it first before anything else and maybe other members will chime in as well.

Sitting into rotation vs not sitting. The head in Donaldson's swing moves down while your daughters actually moves up to get over the front leg.
