Who decides what your team uniform will loook like?

First travel program DD was a member of was based out of a rec league that was basically controlled by the city. The city had their hands in everything.

Last 2 teams she's been on have been a part of big orgs and the HC made all uniform decisions.

Our entire organization wears Mizuno jerseys and pants from 8U through 18U. Every team orders the same three jerseys and pants from the same supplier. We also have a couple of special jerseys that can be ordered on a team by team basis but are not required. Same thing for stirrups.

This makes it extremely simple.

The organization designs tye uniforms and then each team decides which ones they want to buy from Gluv.
Each team orders different bags and helmets and though the team has a deal with Ringor, the girls were allowed to pick their shoes and as long as they are white, black or gray the team is OK with it.....all of the girls seem to have white New Balance cleats
