If that is her swing and she strikes out often what else could it be? (this past weekend ,our 2nd tournament of season, she hit 1 double and 3 singles all to the green out of 5 games strike outs were 5 to 6 times) I didn't think that was horrible considering being the 2nd tournament but she is...

Wow..As my DD is just returning to softball after rehab for 10 mos because of shoulder injury. "Loose shoulder" Overuse. 200 pitches in a day is not good and for 300-400 you are ruining your DD. The Ortho Doctor just told my DD when he first seen her that her odds of beating this injury was 1...
DD PC start teaching screwball and rise at about 12yrs old not really expecting her to get it right away but hopefully be ready by the time she reaches high school ball. TB coach thought this was crazy?
DD was told to Ice only at the end of day not between games and that it was a good idea even if you dont have pain just to prevent any swelling that may occur. Keep shoulder and arm warm during games-heat gets the blood flow to the muscles. This is what were told by her ortho and pt.
