What I am now seeing a lot of, Ken, is a hybrid motion. Everything is the same as IR except pitchers are being taught to keep the elbow straight from 9 to 6, with no HE follow through. I have also noticed the legs are being ignored. It works at the lower and mid levels, but if they don't have tight control at varsity level, it doesn't work well.

Well, I guess it's a start. At least they've figured out part of it. Still, they're ignoring the most important part!
