Much better/smoother transition, and I can see why it felt more "effortless". Don't tell anyone, but you actually started your swing before your front heel was down on the ground and completely loaded. Some might call that "shift and swing", kind of like the Babe talks about...."My weight is my left foot, as I start swinging, my weight shifts to my right foot at the time of contact with the ball."

EDIT: Sorry to hear your season is already cancelled. I was going to buy Ibuprofen stock, but I guess I can cancel that order now.

I wasn't thinking about sequence, so it doesn't surprise me.

I'm happier with some of these positions than other swings;


FYI, anybody wondering about batting gloves, I had a few blisters and borrowed my wifes gardening gloves LOL
