Thats an EXCEPTIONAL POINT!I agree that parents should know (if they so choose) where their agreed upon amount of money goes. However in this case the only thing that needs to be listed would "scholarship funds". If I was the org head and/or HC and somebody asked who was getting the scholarship I would politely tell them that those things are not disclosed.
Knowing in advance there is this fund! Your dues provide~
Also gives people a sense of donation to a great cause!
Also lets others know who may need it can use it!
this is upfront knowing you've already contributed and that would be a different type of financial allocation if it's a resource everyone knows about it and can use.
