YouTube said it's 18+ for some reason, should be able to click and still watch it?

When you upload it on youtube there is an option which says it is made for children to view. If you click that I don't think it can be viewed on forums like this.

While I agree with you, it’s not 100% correct. Hitters can hit with a low elbow.

I think there are a few things why you want the forearm level or back elbow up.

I think back elbow ‘back’ is what the affect should be.

I can post many more.. the elbow getting ‘up’ is a cue to get the posterior oblique sling stretched tighter(not a very good cue).. Staying closed is the same thing. video has proven that the elbow is nothing when loading but means something when swinging.

I don't talk about elbows. The rear forearm is flat. (Acuna has a less-than-optimal swing, but gets great results)
