when I let my beagles off the leash and they run free out of my control.
Set them in the right direction, hold them close, support them by balancing your body with two legs, build tension on your leash and then release them... Beagles become Greyhounds..

No idea what you are talking about.. I didn't say anything about lagging after release

I can't screen shot. just look at the video, around the 50 sec mark. When the barrel comes down and is pointed straight back, stop. Now look at the hand orientation. His forearms are forward relative to upper arm. There must be deviation of the wrists due to that fact. With no deviation, the barrel would have to be aligned in a 90 degree angle to the forearm. It is not, it is something less than 90 degrees.
