Still no forward advance. It’s hard to create resistance when the belly button doesn’t move forward

I was trying to move forward. That’s why I asked if there was to much loading. Loading into my back hip, instead of loading around the ball of the femur. I think I’m unloading the back leg/hip to start the swing.

Some only advance forward a bit at heel plant. I believe you do.

I think the hip/leg work looks pretty good. I think You(and me) will only see so much improvement here without some physical/fitness work. My hips are pretty sorry.

I know you're seeking a deeper pivot. I think if you slot that rear elbow hard and get the hands going down and forward fast youll see that.

Your right elbow is hidden for a long time there.

This was one of the better ones, except the batspeed is very low. I was rehearsing the lower body and scap pinch before the swing and trying to take the hands directly to the ball. It caused my batspeed to drop 10 mph.

You are still getting taller into impact, losing rotational speed. Swing looks better.

Thanks for posting Shawn. Like others have said, you are not maintaining posture(standing taller throughout your swing). Maintain posture and let the shoulders work around the spine instead of "forcing" the front shoulder up. Again my DD had the exact issue.. Your front shoulder will work up, and back shoulder down naturally.. how much(angle) will depend on pitch height/location.
